David Jay Bernstein

David holds a JD. Degree from Boston University School of Law, as well as an M.S. in Mass Communication (also from B.U.), an MFA in Theatre from Florida Atlantic University and a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.

He spent ten years as a criminal prosecutor in Brooklyn, N.Y. before coming to Florida, where he lives in Coconut Creek with his lovely wife, Donna, and two rescued Bichons; Daisy & Benny.

David is admitted to practice before the bars of New York, New Jersey and
Florida, as well as the Federal District Courts of New Jersey and the Southern District of Florida.

He is passionate about helping people to go where they want to go and be where they want to be.
